Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for any of the guarantees, students must maintain good academic and financial standing, make satisfactory progress each year, remain in good disciplinary standing, and meet target grade point averages and published payment deadlines. Woodbury University reserves the right to discontinue and/or modify the terms of the Woodbury University Guarantee Program at any time.

Accreditations

Woodbury University is accredited by the Senior Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges; and is approved by the Postsecondary Commission, California Department of Education. In 1994, the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) accredited the Architecture program. The School of Business received its accreditation from the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) in spring of 1991 and from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in spring, 2014.

AWARD WINNING FACULTY

Noted architect and Woodbury University educator Barbara Bestor, AIA, has received a 2015 National Honor Award for Interior Architecture from the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Joan Marques, PhD., assistant dean of Woodbury University's School of Business, has been awarded the rank of "Commandeur" in the order of the Yellow Star by the President of the Republic of Suriname, her native country.
